Julie Wilbus serves as Vice President of Client Operations at GWM bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is responsible for leading all operations of the team, including client relations and facilitating procedures to help ensure effective team coordination and seamless workflows. She also serves as a liaison between clients and wealth partners and helps support ongoing business development initiatives.

Julie’s expertise is backed by her qualifications, including FINRA Series 9, 10, 7, and 66, earned during her tenure at esteemed firms like Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan.

Julie values integrity and accountability, she leads with curiosity and perseverance which helps foster meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike. She is a steadfast professional who is committed to being a responsive and trusted advocate for our clients.

Julie relocated to Florida from Chicago, IL in 2008. She currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens with her fiancé and her son, who is pursuing a degree in aviation. In her free time, Julie enjoys scuba diving, boating, snow skiing, personal fitness, and spending time with her family.
